Sarah believes in using her voice for good and with purpose.   Each song released is paired with a non-profit cause or movement to "brandraise", fundraise and  unite our community through music. "Sincerely in Song" is committed to donating a % of funds earned with each release while inspiring the community at large to join us in the movement of each song's flight. Her latest song "Code Blue" will support the movement of Mothers Against Gun Violence.

With the release of her song, "Willing to Bet", we are supporting MusiCares whose mission is to provide a safety net of critical health and welfare services to the music community. MusiCares focuses on three key areas including: Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Services, Health Services and Human Services.  “After the passing of my father, I realized that although I had put all my heartache and emotions into my songs, I was worthy of taking the time to work on my emotional health inside and outside of the music. Because of MusiCares, I was able to dive deeper into my grieving and healing process. Grieving is like all the colors of emotions in one.  We carry the love for those we have lost in our hearts and learn to live again... one day at a time."  S. Fierek

In 2022, with the release  of her latest Milwaukee-inspired holiday song, "Cathedral Square Christmas", Sarah encouraged the community to join her in supporting  the mission of The Cathedral Center in Milwaukee. In 2019, with the release of her rendition of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas", she mobilized the community to support Key To Change MKE, an initiative working to end chronic homelessness in Milwaukee.
